Lamborghini Fenomeno Roadster: Their Most Powerful Open-top yet

the latest addition to their limited Few-Off series – a supercar capable of speeds upwards of 340km/h

Some names are spread in whispers, while others deserve to be heard through the lands from the burning cylinders of the most powerful V12 Lambo ever built. At the hallowed Imola Circuit in northern Italy, Lamborghini unveiled the brand’s most powerful open-top masterpiece to date.

Upon first impression, one might assume the roadster as just merely the next evolutionary step beyond Lamborghini’s 2025 Fenomeno Coupé (sans carbon fiber roof).

But don’t take Lamborghini’s engineers at their “House of the Bull” headquarters lightly. The minds at Sant’Agata Bolognese have birthed a Fenomeno that entirely redefines aerodynamics. With an entirely new windshield and embedded carbon fiber deflector, airflow turns from enemy to ally – channelled over the cockpit to cool their 6.5-liter V12 hybrid HPEV powertrain and carbon-ceramic brake discs.

An apt representation of the brand’s “feel like a pilot” philosophy, the design team decked out the interiors with carbon fiber and patented Carbon Skin with red accents for contrast.

With haptic buttons and aviation-inspired switches, the cockpit is completed with three combined digital displays that offer essential driving data with minimal of distraction.

Sitting upon four bespoke 21- and 22-inch Bridgestone Potenza tires, this open-top super sports car boasts a sculpted, aerodynamically optimised, eye-catching front end, sharp lines, wide air intakes, and a distinct hexagonal look that harmonises effortlessly.

Akin to an artist’s final flourish of his paintbrush, the ultra-light carbon spoiler and deep rear diffuser maximise downforce and handling. Achieving the same balance, downforce, and stability as the Fenomeno Coupé.

“It is a unique interpretation of driving emotion, created for a select group of customers who seek something truly beyond convention.”

– Stephan Winkelmann, President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A

Central to the Roadster’s design is the engine, featuring a clear cover with intakes shaped in Lambo’s signature Y theme – an element that is instrumental to the car’s design aspects.

Boasting the same powertrain configuration as the brand’s Revuelto, the roadster delivers a whopping 1,065CV. Going from 0-100km/h in just 2.4 seconds, all without a roof over your head. When compared to the hardtop, the Roadster loses by a slim 0.1 second when going from 0-200km/h but with unobstructed views above, can you really complain about the difference?

With only 15 units produced, supercar collectors were on the edge of their seats at this year’s Lamborghini Arena. Upon launch, it promptly sold out for an undisclosed price – which we’re guessing is somewhere above the Revuelto’s $608,000 price tag.

Meaning “Phenomenal” in both Spanish and Italian, the Fenomeno Roadster looks and feels like the embodiment of exclusivity and power.
